Registered Nurse (RN) – Homecare | Nashua, NH | $70-$75/HR Looking for a nursing role where you can build real relationships with patients and avoid hospital ratios? Join our homecare team in Bedford, NH and deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a ALS trach/vent veteran located in Nashua! This patient is looking for a committed caregiver to provide care Mon-Thu.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patients home
• Monitor patient condition and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

What you'll need

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification
• Negative TB test
• Health Certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of RN experience
• Homecare experience
• Experience with trachs and vents
