Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide interim leadership in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The DON will oversee all nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead clinical teams to maintain high standards of patient care and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical workflow
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance standards
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
Monitor quality assurance and patient care outcomes
Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care delivery

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM

Schedule: Monday Friday (40 hours per week, no overtime)

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred
3 5+ years nursing leadership experience required
Prior DON or nurse management experience required
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must comply with onboarding requirements
