Mental Health Group Facilitator

Charlie Health

Charlie Health is seeking a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead virtual intensive outpatient and PHP-level group sessions for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will facilitate evidence-based group therapy, deliver psychoeducation, and support individualized treatment goals within a collaborative, mission-driven team. You’ll coordinate care with individual and family therapists, contribute to treatment planning, document progress, and help monitor outcomes using data-driven approaches. This position is ideal for licensed clinicians passionate about expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare nationwide.
