Site Lead 1Qualifications:Experience interacting with and presenting to high-level customer contactsAbility to communicate courteously and professionally with suppliers and customersPositive attitudeExcellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge of windows-based operating system and softwareKnowledge of MRP/ERP system preferredPurchasing experience preferredAbility to understand forecast and usageKnowledge of cutting tools and their applicationsKnowledge of automated vendingKnowledge of inventory, leadtime and stockoutsAdvanced problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to work independently and stay focusedFocused attention to detail with the ability to recognize and report issuesWillingness to work in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with data entry, filing and record keepingResponsibilities:Email warehouse/ tool cribs for product requests to be transferredCheck and correct inventory discrepanciesUse system to locate available inventoryFill customer orders based on department schedulingProcess transactions from crib inventory to machine inventoryDeliver inventory when necessaryStock industrial vending machines and/or point of use stationsRegular communication with site personnel and customer(s)Evaluate stock levels, order product, call suppliers and expedite ordersRespond to discrepancies between purchase orders, packing lists and invoicesContact suppliers to resolve any issues related to shipments receivedPlacement of PO against requisitionsEvaluate usage and replenishment recordsPrint reports and purchase ordersOrder spot buy requests for products not stockedContinually look for better products, compare pricing, and note trends in usageContinually look for process improvementsNotify supervisor of notable spikes in usageReport any unusual inventory findings to SupervisorOther duties as assigned80% Walking/Standing20% SittingLifting up to 50 lbs.We provide:Health, Vision, Dental and Life InsuranceCompetitive salary401K benefit options9 Paid holidaysPaid time off/vacation accrualWeekly PayTuition reimbursementA work-hard play-hard environmentPersonal and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
