Move in Coordinator

About the Role As the Move-In Coordinator, you’ll be the person helping residents and families navigate one of the most important transitions in their lives. From completing move-in paperwork to preparing apartments and following up after move-in, you’ll help ensure every detail is handled with care. Responsibilities Coordinate the move-in process for new residents and their families Ensure required assessments and documentation are completed before move-in Complete residency agreements and calculate pro-rated monthly rates Coordinate with team members to make sure apartments are move-in ready Communicate move-in and potential move-out updates with community leadership Conduct community tours and respond to inquiries when the Marketing team is unavailable Partner with the Business Office and Healthcare teams to ensure resident files are complete Follow up with new residents and families throughout their first month to answer questions and support a smooth transition Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, employees, community partners, and leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Senior care experience preferred Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working with numbers and calculating monthly pro-rated rates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Proficiency with computer programs and administrative systems Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25 lbs.
