Project Manager – Finance Transformation

We are partnering with a global, industry-leading organization to identify a Project Manager to support their Global Finance organization. This role will play a critical role driving cross-functional finance initiatives and transformation projects across key business processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly visible Finance PMO, partnering with leadership to deliver strategic programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilitie

• Lead end-to-end project management across finance-related initiatives (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans
• Drive execution by leading cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Operations
• Manage project budgets and track spend to ensure cost efficiency
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issue
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful deliver
• Track performance using KPIs and reporting, delivering insights to leadership
• Oversee testing, validation, and transition to operations for project deliverable
• Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fies
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within finance or accounting function
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with global teams
• PMP or formal project management certification is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Set Strong background in finance processes and systems
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, or transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and standardizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

The salary range for this position is $55.00 to $70.00 hr. Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
