This role partners closely with hiring managers and people operations to define hiring plans, build qualified pipelines, and deliver a clear, responsive candidate experience as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, offers, and closing Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and hiring timelines Source technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, professional communities, and targeted outreach Coordinate structured interview processes using an ATS, ensuring timely feedback and consistent candidate communication Build and maintain talent pipelines for software engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, product, and corporate roles Track recruiting metrics including funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance rate Improve recruiting workflows, employer messaging, and candidate experience in partnership with people operations What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a technology company or in a technical recruiting agency Demonstrated experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, data, product, or other technical roles Hands‑on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, an applicant tracking system, and sourcing tools such as Gem, SeekOut, or equivalent Strong understanding of technical terminology, including APIs, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, and modern software development practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and engage passive candidates Highly organized, data‑aware, and comfortable managing multiple searches and interview processes simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field; equivalent recruiting experience is also considered Bonus: Experience recruiting for distributed or remote teams, building DEI‑focused sourcing strategies, or using Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar ATS platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
