Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80 – determined by expertise and experience. Sign‑On Bonus $25,000. Eligibility requires a minimum of 18 months NICU/ISCU experience. Position: Registered Nurse, Infant Special Care Unit Location: Evanston, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 36 hours per week Hours: 1900-0730, with weekend rotation Float: when needed What you will do Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU. Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience. What you will need Education: Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA). License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required. Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience, or 1 year ISCU experience preferred. Preferred Experience: NICU/ISCU experience.
