Manufacturing Production Manager

Job Description

The Manufacturing Production Manager oversees process manufacturing operations, leading a team of 5-10 employees to ensure efficient production planning and consistent quality control. Reporting directly to the COO, this role focuses on driving process improvements while maintaining compliance with safety standards and managing team performance without the need for travel. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools supports effective production management.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate production activities to meet manufacturing goals
Oversee quality control procedures to maintain product standards
Manage and lead a team of 5-10 production employees
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
Utilize spreadsheet tools for tracking production metrics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing production
Proven team leadership capabilities
Knowledge of quality assurance practices
Familiarity with safety standards compliance
Strong problem-solving skills
