You’ll be the warm, organized, heart-forward team member who keeps our patient experience running smoothly.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Be our insurance detective , verifying benefits accurately
• Manage incoming messages: email, mail, faxes, voicemails
• Keep weekly practice stats tidy and on track
• Maintain A/R and help keep our systems organized
• Be the first friendly voice new patients hear
• Roll out the red carpet for new patients with seamless onboarding
• Welcome arriving patients and making sure they are up-to-date
• Jump in where needed to keep the day moving with calm and kindness
