What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers in Action)You’ll be the warm, organized, heart-forward team member who keeps our patient experience running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Be our insurance detective , verifying benefits accurately
- Manage incoming messages: email, mail, faxes, voicemails
- Keep weekly practice stats tidy and on track
- Maintain A/R and help keep our systems organized
- Be the first friendly voice new patients hear
- Roll out the red carpet for new patients with seamless onboarding
- Welcome arriving patients and making sure they are up-to-date
- Jump in where needed to keep the day moving with calm and kindness
