Our client, a facilities services organization, is seeking an Event Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia. About The Job: Provide registration desk and on‑site support for a multi‑day conference Greet guests and offer friendly, professional customer service Review event procedures and assist attendees with basic questions Prepare and stuff final name badges Assist with touring the hotel and directing attendees to meeting rooms Help count attendance in meeting rooms as needed About You: Friendly, warm, and engaging communication style Professional and dependable Comfortable with walking and standing for portions of the day Customer service or event support experience a plus About The Position: Start Date: May 11-13, 2026 $21/hr 100% on‑site Metro accessible!
