Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join a growing defense industry organization as an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting a collaborative accounting team. Location: Richardson, TX What You'll Do: Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time Apply incoming payments and maintain customer account records Monitor aging accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Perform collections activities through phone, email, and written correspondence Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Reconcile customer accounts and prepare account statements Process labor sheet data entry, scanning, and invoice documentation Assist with month-end close activities and reporting Prepare aging reports and provide collection updates to management Support audits by providing required documentation Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures What We\'re Looking For: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor\'s degree preferred 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, billing, or accounting experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Experience with ERP systems preferred (M1 experience is a plus; training provided); Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Apply?
