Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist or Diagnostician by supporting students’ well-being and academic growth in an onsite role serving a district near Waterflow, NM. This contract position runs through late May 2027 and offers the opportunity to work across multiple schools within the district. You'll have a manageable caseload, focusing on conducting a range of evaluations and providing expert consultative services.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Current and valid NM PED School Psychologist License
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school locations within the district
• Prior experience in assessment, consultation, and intervention within school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer a variety of psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments to students
• Provide detailed written reports and recommendations to support student learning and development
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create effective intervention strategies
• Consult with school staff regarding instructional techniques, behavioral interventions, and classroom supports
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Travel onsite to various schools as needed to deliver in-person services
