What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Restaurant Shift Manager / Kitchen Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen and front-of-house run like clockwork. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for: - Lead daily operations : Oversee the kitchen and shift activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Team leadership : Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. - Manage food and labor costs : Keep a close eye on budgets and hit targets to unlock performance bonuses. - Uphold food safety standards : Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including maintaining ServSafe standards. - Problem-solve on the fly : Address challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Experience : At least 1 year of restaurant or kitchen management experience. - Certification : A valid, current ServSafe Manager Certification is required. - Leadership skills : The ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Attention to detail : A knack for staying organized and focused on quality and efficiency. - Passion for food : A love for creating great meals and memorable customer experiences.
