We continue to lead because of our world-class, inclusive workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.The Production Scheduler generates and tracks the production schedules at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring execution of the plan and coordinating material availability.Key Responsibilities:Generates daily and weekly production schedules by line.Tracks plan adherence and adjust for deviations.Coordinates with Materials on component availability.Maintains planning systems (ERP/MRP).Analyzes and reports adherence KPIs.Supports line load-leveling.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or technical/associate degree.2+ years of production scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or technical/associate degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.Ability to generate and adjust daily/weekly schedules and track plan adherence.Working knowledge of load-leveling and material coordination.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Manufacturing experience.Knowledge of MRP and Lean.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually.
