Lead Instructional Designer

Forterra is seeking a Training Manager to lead company-wide training programs for autonomous ground vehicle operations. This role sits within Customer Success but owns training strategy and execution across the organization. You’ll design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that ensure operators, maintainers, and safety personnel are equipped to work with autonomous systems.
