Job Title: Quality Technician
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:
Seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality operations, process improvements, inspections, documentation updates, and compliance activities in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections, testing, and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products
• Review manufacturing records and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct non-conformance investigations and support corrective actions
• Support manufacturing quality improvements and 5S activities
• Perform line clearance activities on manufacturing lines
• Update work instructions and redline documents with production and engineering teams
• Prepare quality reports and related documentation
• Support troubleshooting and technical manufacturing activities
• Assist in maintaining regulatory and customer quality compliance
• Provide guidance to production operators and junior staff

Required Skills:
• Experience improving manufacturing processes
• Strong MS Word and documentation skills
• Experience working with production operators and supervisors
• Experience with line clearance and 5S practices
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or medical device environments preferred

Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing or quality experience required
