You'll help lead annual trainings, assist with safety programs, support workers' compensation processes, and help ensure employees are working in a safe and compliant environment.In this role, you'll be an important point of contact for employees and leadership alike-helping promote a workplace culture built on safety, compliance, communication, and support. Your bilingual communication skills will also help ensure clear and effective communication for our workforce.QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred1-2 years of related experience requiredOSHA certification is a plusCPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtainBilingual in English/Spanish is  requiredProficiency with computers, including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet softwareStrong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionallyBasic math skills and attention to detailAbility to work both in an office setting and within a production environment as neededLEARN ABOUT USStampede Culinary Partners is an innovative protein solutions company that focuses on custom protein development and processing.
