I opened my agency in 2026 after previously working for State Farm, and today we’re a growing team of two with big plans ahead. I’m a mom with kids involved in gymnastics and soccer, and being able to balance work and family life is something I value deeply, both for myself and for my team. Our office culture is centered around growth, trust, and putting customers first. We believe in a family-first mindset, flexible schedules, and a professional environment where people support one another and still have fun along the way. As an Account Manager, you will focus on acquiring new customers and building lasting relationships. Your daily work will include:
- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
- Reaching out to potential customers and setting/advancing conversations
- Presenting solutions clearly and confidently
- Following a sales process to move leads through the pipeline
- Building rapport and maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Tracking activity and results to improve performance over time
- Collaborating with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
