Design and control budget. Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance. Requirements High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred. Minimum five years' coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred. Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role. Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures USSCA National certification or equivalent Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
