Clinical Nurse - Pediatric Float Pool

Provides direct patient care in various specialized units, including ICUs and ER, promoting patient safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment care. Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and professional development. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Qualifications & Skills: Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2 years of acute care experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills.
