Customer Account Manager

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing organization to add a Customer Account Manager to its team. This role will manage detailed customer orders from start to finish while partnering closely with sales, customers, and warehouse teams. Responsibilities

• Process and manage detailed customer orders from entry through delivery
• Partner with sales representatives to support customers and assigned territories
• Coordinate shipping, freight, and order logistics with warehouse teams
• Troubleshoot shipping issues, damages, returns, and credits
• Manage custom packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements
• Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate order information
• Build strong relationships with customers and respond to time-sensitive requests
• Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of orders and changing priorities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order management, customer service, sales support, or related experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative team player who is adaptable and comfortable with change
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage demanding requests
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
