Account Executive
Allied OneSource
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with current and potential clients
- Generate new clients and maintain existing client base
- Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs
- Help manage the recruiting process and strategies for clients
- Collaborate with recruiters and make final decisions on which candidates to submit
- Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process
- Identify industry trends and use technology to provide elevated service to clients
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or full cycle recruiting
- Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast paced and metrics driven environment
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
- Enjoy a collaborative environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
