Bilingual Receptionist
Location: Waukegan, IL
Compensation: $20$22/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible employees
Schedule: MondayFriday with rotating shifts:
- 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
- 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Candidates must be willing to work any of these shifts
- Rotating Saturdays twice per month
- Schedules are released in advance
Overview:
Seeking a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional receptionist to support front desk operations in a healthcare setting. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and supports patient check-in, phone management, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk experience
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Assist with patient check-in and onboarding documentation
- Process co-payments and maintain accurate records in the system
- Support scanning, mail handling, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or patient-facing experience
- Medical/healthcare experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
