Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Postpartum department. This role requires working 12-hour night shifts with a schedule that varies from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend shifts are mandatory.

Provide high-quality care to postpartum patients.
Assist with newborn care and educate new parents.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment for mothers and infants.
Monitor patient status and report any changes to the medical team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Postpartum specialty.
Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications are required.
Experience as a travel nurse is preferred due to the high volume and pace of the unit.

Holiday Expectations

Candidates must be available to work during the holidays. Specifically, you must work 2 major holidays out of the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as 1 minor holiday, which includes the following options: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
