Materials Management Associate I, MSN - Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Operate equipment essential to job duties, including forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and other machinery specific to the site.

Place goods in designated storage areas and restock lab supplies as needed.

Fulfill internal material requests and deliver materials to appropriate locations.

Support basic inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM.

Assist with packaging and preparing outbound shipments, including compliance with DOT and IATA hazardous materials regulations.

Accurately document receipt, storage, and shipment records.

Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements.

Escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues per escalation protocols.

Engage in cross-training and continuous skill development.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED and 1 year of relevant experience; or associate degree in logistics, business, or related field.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse or material handling role.

Exposure to SAP, EWM, or other ERP systems.

Experience in GMP or biotech environment.

The base pay for this position is $14.85 – $29.65 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
