After-Hours Accident Intake Specialist | $17.00/Hour


We're hiring for an After-Hours Accident Intake Specialist position in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone who remains calm under pressure, pays close attention to details, and enjoys helping people during important situations. If you have strong communication skills and experience coordinating information, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Answer and manage incoming accident intake calls
• Gather detailed incident information from callers
• Accurately document reports and enter information into company systems
• Assess situations and escalate incidents based on severity and established procedures
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism on every call

What you need:

• Previous dispatch, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during urgent situations
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
