Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling products according to work instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Schedule:

• First, Second, and Third Shifts Available
• Schedule based on business needs, OT may be required

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment.
• Follow assembly instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise.
