Pool Server

The Pool Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service to guests in the pool area. This role ensures a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering timely service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and creating a relaxed, enjoyable poolside experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests promptly and taking food and beverage orders
• Serving drinks and menu items accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness of poolside tables, chairs, and service areas
• Monitoring guest needs and providing attentive, proactive service
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborating with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications include:

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Work environment: Outdoor pool setting with exposure to sun and varying weather conditions.
