Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.

What You'll Do:

• Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.

Compensation Offered: Our Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales earn between $55,000 - $82,600 + $20,000 Sales Target Incentive. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• 2+ years sales management experience preferred,
• 2 to 5 years indirect channel management, customer facing, sales experience,
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.

What You'll Bring:

• A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
• Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision.
• Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory.
• Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.

Job Contribution:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
