What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage transitional care for post-discharge patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Conduct preventive health screenings and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR
• Support quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to diverse populations
• Participate in limited phone/beeper call coverage

What You Need

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current TX medical license (or eligible)
• Strong outpatient experience with adult patients
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Effective communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
