• Specialty: Geriatric Medicine • Job Type: Permanent • Facility Location: Dallas, TX • Service Setting: Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Vacancy • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shifts needed to be filled: • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p • Call Schedule: TBD - After-hours & Weekend Call - Call responsibility is approximately one week per year • Call Type: Beeper/Phone • Patient Demographics: Geriatric • Patient Volume: 16-18• Procedures: - General outpatient geriatric evaluation and management - Preventive care and chronic disease management - Management of chronic and complex conditions • Trauma Level: I • EMR: Epic  Requirements : • Active TX License • BC/BE in IM and FM • DEA • Local (preferred)• General Outpatient Geriatrics Experience
