RRT Respiratory Therapist Neurodiagnostics

The Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides specialized respiratory care and neurodiagnostic services across multiple hospital units. This role involves delivering floor care, emergency room support, code response, and rapid response interventions. The therapist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, acute care environment. The position requires a Washington state RRT license and the ability to float between units, maintaining patient safety and care standards. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Washington state Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
• Experience in acute care settings including floor care, emergency room, and critical response.
• Ability to respond effectively to code and rapid response situations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
• Strong clinical assessment and respiratory therapy skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience in neurodiagnostic procedures.
• Prior work in trauma or pediatric trauma centers.
• Additional certifications related to respiratory or neurodiagnostic care.

• Must be able to float between multiple units.
• On-call is not required.
• Every other weekend work is mandatory.
• Code response and rapid response participation required.
• Approved for 48-hour shifts.

• Block scheduling is required.
• Shifts may include 48-hour blocks.
• Work schedule includes every other weekend coverage.
