This position performs a range of payroll, accounts payable and general accounting office support functions. The successful candidate will be well organized, highly motivated, and can prioritize their work effectively. This position requires someone who is efficient and detail oriented, comfortable with vendor contact, and a team player.A DAY IN THE LIFECheck for vendor invoices, payment requests, and answer any urgent emails. Review any payment deadlines or approvals that need attention.Verify invoice details including: division, vendor, posting month, and amounts.
