Join Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC today.The Business Analyst will support Barrow Wise's Illinois State Retirement System project and perform the following duties:Work with the users to identify what needs to be accomplishedWork with the developers and technical architects to define the optimal way to implement technologyDemonstrate the ability to evaluate processes and procedures and find areas for improvement with enhanced technologyDocument clearly through user stories and other documentation the as-is and to-be statesDevelop and execute test plans to ensure a functional application is deliveredDemonstrate the ability to establish a rapport with stakeholders to build trust and confidenceWork onsite in Springfield, IllinoisAn ideal candidate has the following:U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's degree in a related fieldThree (3) years of experience documenting user stories and managing processes using Azure DevOpsThree (3) years of experience giving presentations to groups of up to 20 peopleFive (5) years of experience analyzing and improving the Pension SystemThree (3) years of experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies preferredJoin the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC for a fulfilling and engaging experience!
