Configuration Management Analyst

Role Overview Join Leidos' Digital Modernization Group as a Configuration Management Analyst to contribute to the operations, sustainment, and defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN). What You Will Do Maintain configuration management plans, support change management processes, and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires a motivated and capable individual with experience in Configuration Management or a related IT field, a basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, and experience with ServiceNow. Requirements Security Clearance: A current and active DoD Secret security clearance 1-3 years of direct experience in Configuration Management or a related IT field Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles Experience using an ITSM tool (ServiceNow experience a plus) Solid understanding of networking concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits Pay Range: $50,700.00 - $91,650.00 Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law #J-18808-Ljbffr Leidos
