Business Development Manager

Are you a driven, high-impact sales professional who thrives on winning new business? We’re partnering with a global laboratory services organization looking for a hunter-minded Business Development Manager to expand its Life Sciences division. This is a pure new business role - ideal for someone who loves opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and closing high-value deals in the pharma, biotech, and life sciences space. Business Development Manager - Responsibilities: Drive new business growth across a defined territory Identify and win new insourcing partnerships with pharma, biotech, and life sciences clients Build and manage a strong pipeline to exceed multi-million-dollar revenue targets Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to close Collaborate with scientific and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions Develop strategic account plans and penetrate key target clients Represent the business at industry events and client meetings Business Development Manager - Skills and Experience: Proven hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business Experience selling complex, solution-based services e.g (CRO, scientific services) Established network in pharma, biotech, or life sciences Self-starter who can work independently and cross-functionally Excellent communication and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
