What Youll Do

The New Home Sales Representative serves as the primary guide for prospective buyers from first inquiry through contract. This role focuses on delivering a consistent sales experience, converting leads into buyers, and supporting customer satisfaction. Sales Representatives are expected to uphold company standards for communication, professionalism, and integrity.

• Presentation & product expertise
• Sales process execution
• Detailed and through documentation and record keeping

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is field-based and requires availability during weekends and posted model hours. It involves in-person tours, light office tasks, and occasional community walk-throughs.
