Responsibilities Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices. Deliver award‑winning, personalized customer experiences as the face of Asurion. Apply the ‘Serve, Solve, and Sell’ method to enhance customer experience and promote the Asurion Connected Home product. Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales goals. Contribute to market planning based on the needs of the business and store locations. Efficiently multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment and self‑manage priorities. Qualifications 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience. 6+ months of experience in product service support or technology repair (preferred). Basic knowledge of mobile devices and their operating systems. Flexible retail schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
