The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SolidWorks, 5 axis, Mill, Lathe, CNC Set-Up, and Programming. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain equipment and systems to improve processes and minimize the cost of manufacturing.Working with design software and equipment to create and test prototypes for new product lines.Overseeing operational processes, making sure that they stick to both internal and external regulations.Ensuring that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will have:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in CNC Set-UpProficiency in SolidWorks, 5 axis, Mill, Lathe, CNC Set-Up.
