Experis Minneapolis, MN 55415 Job Title: Workday Compensation Consultant Location: Minneapolis, MN andCharlotte, NC Pay Range: 54 - 56/hr Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting Compensation and Advanced Compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. What's the Job? Lead analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation). Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations. Document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear artifacts. Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to ensure successful product delivery and implementation. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Compensation environment to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. What's Needed? Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. Knowledge of business requirement documentation and end-to-end testing processes. Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
