Workday Compensation Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Lead analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation)
• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, and data flows
• Drive planning, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation
• Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery teams
• Track work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution

What's Needed?

• Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, and administration of Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to capture requirements and develop solutions
• Ability to create clear and effective documentation and artifacts
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira
