Onboarding Specialist II

Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding. Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail. Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process. Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure timely onboarding completion. Work onsite 4 days per week. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2–3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company. Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign or ability to learn quickly. Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requests. Can work independently with minimal supervision while enjoying teamwork. Maintains confidentiality with all client and firm matters. Pay Information This position is non‑exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The pay range is $30–$37 per hour, determined by experience, skills, and other factors. Salary offers are based on final qualifications. Physical Requirements The role requires the ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Lifting up to 15 pounds may be necessary. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
