Radiologic Technologist III

Pay Range Hourly Pay Range: $31.46 - $48.76 – determined by candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Radiologic Technologist III Location Swedish Employment Type Full time, 40 hours Hours Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; Saturday – Sunday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Required Travel No Responsibilities Perform radiographic exams, obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients, and ensure comfort. Oversee the ortho workflow and efficiency. Maintain patient experience priority and departmental professionalism. Handle patient recovery. Stay on top of exam delays and track productivity trends. Act as the contact person for the practice manager while maintaining productive relationships with all employees in the medical group. Provide strong problem‑solving skills. Have knowledge of API/Radiant/Intelerad and perform evaluations. Ensure all techs are up to date on licenses, CPR, DevelopU classes, and flu shots. Onboard new employees. Schedule front desk, CT, MRI, and X‑ray services. Place supply orders. Address equipment and building issues with the appropriate parties. Assist where needed at the sites. Requirements License: IEMA licensing required. Education: Certificate or associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program. Certification: CPR certification required; ARRT registered preferred. Experience: 2‑3 years of tech experience; leadership/supervisory experience preferred. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required.
