Overview
Join our dynamic team in Fargo, ND, as a Tire Technician! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about providing top-notch tire services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles by expertly handling tire installation, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear and damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of tire supplies.
- Stay updated on tire technology and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive services is a plus.
- Previous experience as a tire technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
