What You’ll Do as a COTA

In this role, you’ll help support and deliver highquality occupational therapy services while working closely with our licensed Occupational Therapists and rehab leadership.

• Provide OT treatment interventions in accordance with individualized plans of care developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Treat residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings
• Communicate resident progress, concerns, and recommendations to the Occupational Therapist
• Apply therapeutic techniques appropriate to each resident’s functional needs
• Participate in care plan meetings when requested by the Director of Rehabilitation
• Document treatment notes, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries
• Complete daily billing and documentation per facility policy and regulatory standards
• Adhere to state practice acts, professional ethics, and company policies
• Support a teambased approach focused on safe, effective, residentcentered care

What We’re Looking for in YOU

• Active state COTA license or certification (required)
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Compassionate, dependable, and residentfocused approach
• Excellent communication and timemanagement skills
• Desire to be part of a stable, inhouse rehab team
