Practice Manager - Healthcare

Whitecap Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to source and engage healthcare leaders for permanent roles. This position involves building strong relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations while managing complex searches and providing market insights. The role requires ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements, driving revenue through successful placements, and maintaining client partnerships. Requirements 3-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on physician or leadership roles. Strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialing processes. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
