Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests' needs and know that small batch, fresh-crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.Our bartenders:Channel the sultry Mexican comfort of our restaurantsPossess unparalleled tequila, wine, and beer knowledge.Craft cocktails from only the freshest ingredientsRemain two steps ahead of guest needs.Inspire their teammates to ask them for help.Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)High School diploma or equivalentMust be able to read, write, and speak English.Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.We participate in the E-Verify program.
