Property Management Business Development Manager

Reagan Madison Solutions Inc.

Reagan Madison Solutions is working with a client in Columbia, SC to connect them with the first Business Development Manager for the company.

This is a long-standing property management company specializing in affordable housing seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new management contract growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with property owners and investors
Solicit and secure new property management contracts
Generate and qualify your own leads in the Columbia and surrounding markets

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management (operations, leasing, or client-facing)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to find and close new business opportunities
