We offer competitive compensation for the right candidate! Job Description A Benchmark Service Technician must be a self-driven, hardworking individual. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure the performance of the service department as a whole. The individual reports directly to the service manager. Responsibilities Must be able to diagnose malfunctions, as well as perform the necessary repairs. Perform vehicle repairs within their current capability/skill level. Conduct examinations of any vehicle under current supervision, to determine if any safety or service work is needed or recommended. Clearly document and record work that is performed on the repair order under his/her supervision. Effectively communicate with the service manager or adviser when additional work is needed. Road test vehicles when required to evaluate situations. Perform any additional related duties as required and assigned by service manager. Qualification 2+ years’ experience as an Automotive Technician Automotive diagnostic and repair abilities required A valid driver's license High school diploma / or equivalent Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Benchmark Auto Sales, Inc
